with a potion double dash you can theoretically get from the bridge where all the archers and romans protect the bridge mechanism down to the left without drowning
but that really requires the double potion dash and I think it's random to get a second one when dashing off a wall, right?

well, this one here is consistant. But the end of the camp still sucks hard

found another skip in Rome, but every area is locked until you get the quest to go there...
or in other words: it is entirely impossible to ever skip more then just a tiny proportion of the game, no matter what glitch we will ever encounter...
Those gates are actually never up in a casual playthrough. Their sole purpose is to stop you, if you get here without being intended to be here
Well actually, yesterday there was some kind of bug where these gates didn't go down even though I completed every quest to that point x) I'm sure I looked for a lever for about half an hour until I realised I had to restart the game :p
Rome is buggy as hell entirely. You can really see that they had issues getting the level ready in time for release
Well apart from that and one time where the game froze, my playthrough of Rome was pretty bug-free
I also still don't get how they could possibly forget that Avina placeholder right above the inbounds...
