I know about the embargo, but what are your thoughts on how time should be counted? The in-game timer includes start and end cutscenes but excludes the Great Map and loading screens. However, it also doesn't give you a list of countries with finish timestamps.

Personally I only really care about final time, manual splitting is sloppy and inconvenient

My take is that the speedrun timer, unless improved by devs (unlikely) or us, should be regarded as "ingame time" on leaderboards, excluded from realtime with/without loads.
