Actually, you can submit any finished country of a non-finished full-any run to a full-any-level%
But it's gaul from low% run
but nah, now we didn't buy anything in gaul so
I think the only limitation is that you cannot voluntarily "ruin" your run by using a strat that would ruin the full-any% run, but that would make faster the early country you'd like to submit
Because we updated the Full-any% route with the no-PH strat
