Actually, I think regular movement things are not important
I think it's not necessary to inundate new runners with tons of things
Just show the main strats, the ones that are necessary for an any% route.
For example, jumping from the wheel is necessary because otherwise, you're blocked.
Boar pushes are cool because you show something that is possible
The optimized movement on island is not necessary imo
Runners that really want a good time will watch actual runs to get precise ideas of the tiny improvements.

Actually, the strat I suggested might not be faster
