Which is why I added "PS3" to XXL. You can officially run XXL on a PS3. You could also run XXL on a Wii U in its virtual Wii but that's not official.

Unfortunately I cannot tell with my own PS3 which is too unstable at playing PS2 software, if there is lag difference between PS3 and PS2... so until proven different, PS3 runs would go under PS2, same for Wii runs on GC, loading times would still be deducted.
