I already did two 100% runs and I will thus never ever again touch a category that has to do the stupid all RNG helmet grinding xD
Unless I might do a run that combines low% and gallery% and just take the 75k we usually get for the twister and take them for the gallery xD
There is a strat in the game that gives you 100k helmets
but again, it's heavy RNG based

Even when I would keep the 75k for the twister, that would probably be the place to go to get the other 75k
at least it's only one bullshit strat then, that mustn't work perfect then...
You can farm 75k helmets at the begining of the normandy like old any% speedrun

Is it interesting to submit to the "Full-run any%" category ? And only if so, how to do it ?
basically that's you golds of your any% runs
you can use the autosplitters segmented run feature for that
it's basically the same ruleset as any% and the same timings
