So my new controller has a random button assignment in every game. And I just can't find anything to fix that... Well, least to say, I'm not able to speedrun like that. Or play anything at all...

You can remap the buttons.

And I assume the reason it appears random is because the buttons that are listed 1, 2, 3, and so on are in different places on this controller.

That's not the problem. In the program of the controller it shows every input absolutely correctly. But when I open any game, it's entirely random suddenly

Really? I assume you've tried to rebind the controls already and it just doesn't accept the inputs at all.

At least as the left half works you do have analog movement which is the only part that is important.
