It's weird for me to have a split when the keg blows up since you cannot see it (because you're already climbing the slope...)

Except for the Normandy part, I'm ok with all the splits.
Just the last Normandy segment is too long compared to the others imo
It's actually not that long. All you do there is climb the mountain, take the slide down and then finish.
Mostly you just run so there's nothing really split worthy on the way I feel.
Maybe another split once you use the catapult after the helmet collection?
