you only really have the loading screen flag besides that (which we have used in the old splitter)

I could also go for some external flags by windows apis and stuff but I won't be able to ensure that they include ALL loading states from the game

I seem to find a flag that is set when the game loads an LVL and clears it when it finishes, which seeems to be good, or is this one buggy?

and I agree with Nekin. If the times used to spawn the regions on the world map are part of the game, it shouldn't be possible to count tehm as loading times.
