It's been a long time. But the FoV I included as the 16:9 default in the patch is 0.58333333. It's being copied to the gamemodule.elb code at adress 0x14b66. If I remember correctly, that's directly into some of the DXD9 initialization code.

I don't know what exaly you're doing (or what exacly I was doing at the time), but there's also some code at 0x14bc8 that I patched to 0x66, 0x4B, 0x41.
The value at 0x14b66 is being multiplied with whatever you enter into the patching tool, when choosing an alternate FoV.

@Martyste Tendertail I included the FOV fix from pyramidensurfer into the new modules. The FOV should be correct now in the widescreen patch

I only changed the signature for the loading flag, the rest should work fine if that's the cause
I use the version that is automatically used by LiveSplit. Don't know which one that is, I don't understand anything of that xD
But even after restarting game and livesplit it didn't work
