From what I've tested getting the combo bar there wastes time compared to throwing.

I'm practicing Helvetia for an hour now. And for some reason I have a 50 % to lose my flybash at early merchant even when I get the combo bar drop. ????

I don't understand Helvetia at all... That fence that SOMETIMES just has no platform to land on, random falldown on five army flybash while you definitly hit the jump button, I had one random falldown during Obelix flybash even though I was absolutely definitly hitting every input and the random flybash lose xD

do you do the combo bar drop with more than 1/3 of the combo bar ? i'm sure you do but we never know

I'm really not sure if I want to make that ever... but it seems pixel-perfectly possible to get the fire on the stairs... xD Couldn't make it once in half an hour, though

Yes, it can be done, but for speedrun it is useless.
