I don't think so. You had a 17:57 with quite a few fails, including big ones like losing flybash at the rocketeers, for example.

I disagree. My PB with a good rocketeers and stuff made me talk to the cave spy at around 2:58.

In fact, in the rocketeers section, only the first dude was a really bad RNG. I think it's the reason why all the others had bad spawns...
