There are two places where RNG is hard to manage : the Normandy vikings village and the Greece spot just before the lions arena with the archer (we skip with Tardis in Any%), because you need to reach x100 with Obelix and it's pretty hard to manage Asterix's romans throws...

Just take absolutely every Any% strat... Even Obelix long flybash and 5 army flybash are easy against any of the multiplier strats in 100 %, since the multiplier collection really is absolutely RNG dependend
