I remember doing a run once where I did not take damage until Greece, when a lion hit me. I think lions are the most dangerous enemy here cause of their attack speed. You also have to watch out for catapults and tortoises.

where did you get hit ?

The first death pit to cross with the two vikings guarding the cable car. (The place you "normally" get to at around 13min). I nearly took damage with Asterix but performed to cross the pit without taking damage, but when I took the control of Obelix I didn't want to cross it until the camera is ok, and tried to avoid the vikings hit. Their last frame attack hit me at that moment because I was too afraid of crossing the bridge early ^^
