I would be for allowing movement in general (including the potions possibilities the game offers) in a speedrun while it doesn't collide with the passivelock things for such a category ...

Oh yeah, I also forgot this... With the potion here, you can jump to the top and skip the blocked path. Seems like a developer oversight.

I don't recall if you skip a lock there. If so, then this is not a problem -> not allowed.
