in fact, we rejected Potion% runs that used it in the past
Just accept it like you made it with slide skip
Its also random but its accepted
For Potion% maybe, if the other mods agree
definitely not for Any% though ^^
Redxc reseted many times to get it
It's like OG cannonless in sm64,it's faster,less consistent - it is bad for new players.But it is speedrunning,fast is better than consistentcy if you are WR champion
As I've mentioned a few times already, what's stupid about that skip is that it only works somewhat consistently in windowed, 4:3 mode.
And I think Any% is already frustrating enough as is, so I'm totally against throwing another run-killing strat in there ^^
I am not speedrunning, but maybe try it with a high-fov exe, potentially it works because your angle is different.
That kind of fidgeting with the game is not what I'd consider a clean Any% run though
