| NoTeefy | not sure how you call him in Russian or English 😄 |
| AndreofHazel | @Stinkek What would you give for a Caligula Minus - Infirmofpurpus crosssover in a future Asterix comic/film? |
| Stinkek | AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH
I sometimes like to think what if Caligula Minus and Infirmofpurpus met somehow and became friends... |
| Stinkek | Anyway, I think Caligula Minus is a consistent name. But once I found a page from the Russian translation of "Asterix the Gaul" comic and it was Caligula Puptsiy (I don't really know how to translate "ий")... |
| kabelkai | But that’s caligulix |
| NoTeefy | He's never named Caligulix afaik |
| NoTeefy | Atleast not in the German and French editions |
| Stinkek | Caliguliminix perhaps? (when pretending to be a Gaul) |
| NoTeefy | Caligula Minus^^ |
| kabelkai | Oh right |
| AndreofHazel | I used to heavily dislike Caligula Minus. In Greek his name was "Gaius Micrulius" if I'm not mistaken AKA "Gaius Smallius". I didn't like how pompous he was about discovering the secret of the Gauls and his eagerness to display his newfound power. I don't remember what happened to him later. |
| NoTeefy | Well he's a roman after all |
| NoTeefy | A name with -ix would be weird for a roman 😄 |
| AndreofHazel | Maybe he was called Caligulix when under cover in the Gaulic village. |
| NoTeefy | that could be; not sure though |
| NoTeefy | It's been ages since I've read the comics |
| kabelkai | That’s right |
| NoTeefy | I still have them behind me, they're all in French 😄 |
| kabelkai | It was his Gaul name for when he was under coffee in the village |
| NoTeefy | Oh there you go:
