I got a guy claiming to be him messaging me saying he had been hacked and has lost access to the account.
Never easy is it. Oh well, he says that he can't access the server via the link on Speedrun.com
So I guess that's worth looking into.
Probably because his IP is banned

So here's an issue. I of course want the old acc banned... But I also want this guy to be let back in.
So is there a way to remove the IP ban and keep the account banned?
What's the problem in unbanning the old account?

Actually, I can't load any details on the old account at all...
So it has probably already been shut down.
Oh never mind, that's how every banned account looks...
It should be safe to unban that account in any case
