	yarnfang	So here's an issue. I of course want the old acc banned... But I also want this guy to be let back in.
	yarnfang	So is there a way to remove the IP ban and keep the account banned?
	Failentin	What's the problem in unbanning the old account?

	yarnfang	So it has probably already been shut down.
