My solution, was to turn on/off spatial sounds
like you, i had everything working as usual until one day that error popped up
@Nekin right click your sound
and try to mess with that
Spatial sound is very weird without the proper equipment, I can tell when someone uses it in videos lol
But for some reason, toggling it on then off fixed it for me.

Its probably casue your antivirus
Just turn off your antivirus while downloading it
And everything should be okay*
Can you add the file as an exception, so you don't have to do it again when the antivirus starts working?
