	Feder373	Well, since I've been here for some months now, I thought it was already time to talk about me... I am 24 and I'm from Spain (seems like I'm the only one here, which doesn't surprise me a lot as I never found a single Spanish XXL 1 gameplay video on youtube). My first meeting with Asterix was in 2003. My school's library had most of the comics released up to that time and my friends and me read them often and couldn't avoid laughing at their jokes. Next year I got all the animation movies released up to that time. I got XXL 1 for PS2 in Christmas 2006, it was one of my first games and became one of my favourites since the beginning. Took me 8 months to finish it and 3 years to 100% complete it (didn't use any guides). I got XXL 2 for Nintendo DS in late 2008 and for PS2 in Christmas 2010. After that I just played Asterix & Friends. I got here thanks to Martyste, who answered one of my comments in a Pyramidensurfer's video about beta Rome and gave me a grateful surprise when he told me about this server and the project to restore it. I like watching speedruns and talking about anything related to Asterix, but my main interest for being here is that project and the possible remaster of the game.

I became an Asterix fan since I read all the comic books in my grandparents' attic, and watched "The twelve tasks of Asterix" during my childhood. Then I played Asterix & Obelix XXL2, that I loved. Later I discovered Asterix games on other supports, as Asterix and Asterix & Obelix on gameboy and SNES. Especially, the music of these games is awesome because it was composed by Alberto Jose Gonzalez, one of my favourites chiptune composers. My project is to speedrun Asterix on gameboy as I know it by heart. And... that's all folks !
	Linkcraft	Hey everyone :) I am from Germany and I played yesterday through XXL for the first time in like 10 years in (5 hours) and recently started to enjoy speedruns. After a quicksearch I found the YT Channel Failentin and thats how I found you. Was thinking about to try some speedruns in XXL ::)

	Strife The Historian	I'm around on like a ton of communities, played XXL 1 a lot as a kid and i was doing english commentary for Vigaedomes TAS showcase at fromethon when i realized there was a community for this so i was like why not
	Kingo	I just realized I never really introduced myself, so here we go ^^ I am 19 years old and I'm from Germany and have been a fan of the asterix franchise ever since I was a kid, be it the comics, movies or the games, I loved them all. While with the games I had a bit of a bumpy ride (I first played XXL2, a few years later Olympic games, then I realized that there must be an XXL"1", so yeah). But apart from those games I also play a lot of other stuff, mainly things that others recommend to me. I kinda stuck with osu!, Geometry Dash, and ARK a bit so yeah. But I also love playing board games with my friends ^^ I studied - big surprise - Games Engineering at the University of Würzburg for a year, decided to switch to human-computer systems for next semester (because studying Games Development is hella time consuming!) Oh, I also write stories in my free time, idk what to say more about that though lol So yeah, I guess that's it ^^
	JonasZockt	Well I guess I forgot to introduce myself... My name is Jonas and I'm from Germany. I loved to play XXL & XXL 2 as a kid and still do! Nowadays I share the love and excitement for this games on my YT Channel JonasZockt. Just replayed both XXL & XXL 2. Still great games. Not a big fan of XXL 3 tho. When I dont play Asterix Games I really like story based games like Life is Strange. Outside of video games I really enjoy watching movies or TV shows, playing the guitar and to go swimming. Also really interessted in techy stuff. Well I think thats about it.

	Panchito	My Name is Morris (Real Name but Please call me Panchito) and i'm from Germany. My English is a bit broken. Asterix and Obelix XXL was one of my first games that i played and i still Love it to this Date. i play also Other games but XXL 1 and 2 are one of my Favorite Games of all Time. i want to learn, how to Speedrun XXL 1. That was all I wanted to say. I am happy to be in the XXL community ❤️
	Feurus Fuchsus	I thought about introducing myself for quite some time. But now i decided to finally do it. My name is Dennis. My country of origin is Germany, which will mean: lots of broken english. Although i grew up playing games such as the earliest titles from the Grand Theft Auto series, i still got to experience the first 2 Asterix XXL games in my childhood as well as watch every animated Asterix film. Despite, in my opinion, the Asterix XXL games not really being the best games i've ever played, i still got alot of enjoyment from them. So far i've met many cool and awesome people in this server and i hope i'll meet many more.
