	Guardian452	Hi all. I was raised in a French-Canadian family, so I've been reading Asterix (and many other Franco-Belgian comics) since I was really young. Asterix was always a favourite of mine, and I even got to go to Parc Asterix in 2004!

But to be honest I live on the border to France. Asterix was my first incounter with franco-beligian comics. As far as I can remember, it started with the boring "Olympic Games" movie. I got the comics, when I was shopping with my mother when I was little, but just a few years ago, I have read them all in one go (Toutatis bless the summer vacation). I bought the Asterix film collection when I made holidays in Bavaria. My start with the XXL series was with the Nintendo DS game "Mission Wifix" (I've never had a home consol when I was a kid). That game was questionable and I lost it, bought it again and after I found the first cartridge I had two similar shitty masterpieces. I was hyped when the XXL 2 Remaster came out, I loved it but I see how crappy it is. Around this time I got into contact with @Failentin who is now my best friend. XXL 3 was even more shitty than the Remaster, I bought it and sold it because it was dumb and a cheap cash grab. I bought the gamecube version of XXL 1, played it on my Wii and loved it. Then came the Romaster and... I wanted to yell at the developers and I raped the Switch covering. It flew through my room but for my taste, it isn't broken enough, maybe I should burn it. Failentin tried to shock me by saying "The romaster has a retro mode" after I played the original. I felt quite unpleasant, spending more than 60€ to get a GC controller, the game and a Wii adapter. The Romaster was the crappiest game I've ever played and I felt well again for the 60€, knowing that it was worth it. Microids is an untalented studio and I wish I wouldn't have to play one of their games again. But they are making a Tintin game and I really love Tintin so... somebody orders a gravestone for me, because I'm not going to survive that.

I have a huge collection around Asterix, sometimes I have the same game on different consoles. Asterix at the Olympic Games is my favorite game, I've played it 100% dozens of times and I know the replicas of the game by heart, so much I've played it XD. Asterix at the Olympic Games is for me the real XXL3 (that of Microid has nothing to do with an XXL). As for XXL2, I was able to test it before its release at the PGW and I even found bugs in front of the person manning the stand, it was very funny.
