In the german dub asterix just says “now we can do whatever we want“, if asterix is the one who says that line.
There's literally not a single trace of the “it's only a cartoon film“ quote.
The french says: "Oh, mais ce n'est qu'un dessin animé après tout, tout est permis!" ( Oh, but it's only a cartoon after all, all is permitted! )

Nope. That line is 100% missing. Asterix says something different in the german dub.
But eh, it's not that big of a deal anyways
Maybe the german dub tried to give meaning to Asterix' victory against Rome making them truly gods, therefore granting them godly powers.
Which further cements this adventure into not really being canon.
The first thing Obelix does realizing he is a god is teleporting to the Isle of Pleasure WITH his boar
