I just snoop in to confirm that since i can properly use my monitor's ( or motherboard's ) jack audio out, instead of the PS4 controller who should now remain standalone, i no longer run into the issue of not being able to boot XXL with the indirectsound patch as the soundcard is properly supported ( the former would also cause issues in... yeah, Among Us. But XXL mattered much more ). So, I should have no issues running the mod when i get the time to play. I'm also planning to stream it here, i just need a good time to be awake.

I am able to switch back to jack connection because not only the ports aren't driven by Realtek ( who can't support mic headsets ), but also because I now use a USB microphone on a stand.
