and its not our fault if people dont read rules
rules are there and its their problem if they didnt read them and just accepted them
not knowing the laws doesnt leave you free from punishment you know
ignorant of the lawl is not an asscuse

but again rules are popping up in your face when you join the server
so there is no way you wont be able to read them
so in this case its the persons fault if he didnt read the rules
he had the chance to read but just ignored it
i would really consider on seriously rewriting some rules and going into details just for not getting in a confusion in future with other people
rules are never welcoming
the way rubin phrased it it was not that bad but maybe we should just get rid of the rules since they don't have much meaning anyways and it depends on many details you cannot take into consideration when writing rules
its not like this server is active 24/7
and has billions of active people
its just very few of us who talk
and we all know how to behave
Pretty much. Rules are/should be based on common sense. If someone doesn't have that, then any amount of text will change nothing. If the user doesn't know basic behaviour, then they can't be in any community.
