This reminds me, I did a multilanguage video with a scene from "Asterix the Gaul" with Asterix, Obelix and Caligula Minus. It contains normal German and the Saxon dialect as well. But really the only thing I pay attention to is Caligula's voice: I like his voice in German (and the similar French) and his Saxon voice annoys me.

I'm disappointed that was present in most animated films when we could have had the original centurions there. He should have only appeared in the one with Prolix.

"Asterix Conquers America" is *loosely* based on the comic "Asterix and the Great Crossing", and the comic didn't even have Romans except one panel where a centurion and a few legionaries are standing not far from the village and enjoying the village fight.
