I don't think XXL is met with the same limitations tho... not on PC at least.
After all, XXL music is compressed significantly on PS2 and GCN

Nope, I tried it on PS3 only
at least at the beginning
Nothing really worked except indexed entities and even than they were unnamed and missing
I'm really curious to see if RPCSX 3 emulation is better with DotD than PCSX 2...
I was able to extract the level collisions though
ah cool, at least the mininum worked 🙂
This is how we're restoring a beta missing level in XXL
it would have been way harder without the collision files
@Martyste Tendertail RPSC3 you mean ^^ and probably not, rpcs3 barely works
It would have been nicer if DotD had a PC version, because my editor only supports Renderware models and textures from PC
I was able to get the textures though and able to swap the models around with hex editing
and i'm think obj2hex can be used to extract the models but i'm not entirely sure
Well it can be used once you understand the structure of the model file
