So I'm completely fine with the model you made, except the part where the rope was, that part looks kinda weird and the bolts on the side of the cannon need to be done too

Well I wouldn't mind to make it full 3d but model is already around 4k polygons and logical would be to bake geometry for optimization purposes

Made a low poly in Maya Unwrapped UVs Exported to Zbrush added details and then baked and textured in substance painter

Its pretty easy pipeline btw Pretty much all assets are made that way and baking high poly geometry to low poly really helps a lot
