I found these two addresses to alternate between 1 and 0 each frame, and suspect them to be the ones depicting the frame buffer offset
I didn't manage to force them to stay at a fixed value...

This is not in the project, Jesse, that just includes enemies and concepts already present in the original game (afaik).
