AdrienTD
so it would do more collision checks too, making the physics a little more precise during the same time unit
AdrienTD
but of course setting it to negative can have weird undefined behaviour, since the assumption the devs made that the time always goes up is broken
schmeling65
so in theory the higher the game speed the less collision happens meaning if you could set it to unlimited you could have no collisions at all
schmeling65
isn't it?
PegPeregoGaucho
:WeirdWhat:
AdrienTD
yes
schmeling65
good. We will not try that xD
AdrienTD
If you try it that will actually happen
PegPeregoGaucho
The game will crash if you set it too high
AdrienTD
For example in OG I set the game speed too high, and sometimes Asterix will go out of bounds, as he misses the collision checks with the walls
PegPeregoGaucho
It will be unplayable, for example the enemy AI in XXL will stop working entirely and be stuck repeating their last action
PegPeregoGaucho
Not sure why it would affect the sound
PegPeregoGaucho
The earrape never happened to me
PegPeregoGaucho
Also maybe you could mark it as a spoiler next time :OkayChamp:
Animan8000
My bad, sorry ^^'
Animan8000
Happened almost always at me, with the earrape
Animan8000
but I always had stuff like potion, raining, etc. all on
PegPeregoGaucho
Unfortunately it does not make the sound faster
Animan8000
That's something I noticed with any game with speed hack actually
Animan8000
That sounds are not speed up
