I only started to look at XXL GBA's code under Ghidra 1 week ago, and I already found a lot of stuff
AdrienTD
addresses of variables such as helmet count, health, Asterix position, camera rotation, has torch boolean, number of laurels, ...
AdrienTD
also not sure if that was already found, but there is a cheat code
AdrienTD
which lets you have unlimited potion, and also get a 100% save :pogelix:
Mr.Rubinshtein
i mean technically isnt GBA like 10x times easier then for example XXL
Mr.Rubinshtein
it should be like extremely simple
Mr.Rubinshtein
the game feels like a unity project
Mr.Rubinshtein
very low quality one actually

In some ways, the game is basically just one programmer who did a demo to flex his skills in programming 3D on a limited hardware

lol
Mr.Rubinshtein
i wonder how much can you like change the code if you really want to
Mr.Rubinshtein
like you know adding new enemies
Mr.Rubinshtein
and such
Mr.Rubinshtein
basically editing GBA on a programming level easily
Mr.Rubinshtein
like if you need a new enemy you just open visual studio write stuff and its there
