yeah it doesnt use any normal mapping
it has specular mapping tho

I'm glad my 3D model can go well shadeless.
also i think renderware didnt even support env maps
or it did later in its lifespan
or maybe it did but it was so computationaly expensive that nobody used it
GTA SA used env maps,but they were all pre rendered
Also, just to be sure, there are no normal maps as in normal textures or "bumpmaps".
But there are normals, one normal per vertex, for normal lightning.
but thats only for actors right?
I think you can do that for the environment too, but it's better to just use vertex color performance-wise
