Ok, and for sound files, try opening the LVL.KWN file in Audacity as raw format. I think the sounds are uncompressed. Just need to find the good sample rate.
Forget about sound extraction on PS2/GC images, the sounds are compressed on these

he extracted them and put them on vgresource after all
