Actually I have a working 3DS emulator so I could always try it...?

No, Citra. Desmume is only for DS games, not 3DS
Also Citra is more GPU balanced than Desmume, and runs significantly better on my side.

The 3DS sold at a reasonnable price afaik, got one in 2011
Desmume is more CPU oriented
Many games on Desmume would lag in x2 or more resolutions...
While Citra can handle 1080p just fine and still have room for speedups
Many 3DS games look very good in HD
It's like a Wii sometimes,
Ever Oasis for instance was worth a try.
That game is seriously overpriced
its essencially a minigame collection
and its kinda showing a bad light on asterix licensed games
