OH, this reminded me how I tried to play "Mega Madness" a while ago on Win 7, and similarly to XXL3 it didn't show any 3D objects. While we couldn't fix XXL3, we did something (IDK what exactly) that fixed MM, and now I can play it on Win 7!

I installed DXWnd and D3DWindower and I tried to launch "Asterix Mega Madness" in window mode in both of them, but regardless of the settings I choose the game keeps opening in fullscreen mode. Adding "-w" or "-window" to the game's address and pressing Alt + Enter doesn't set it to window mode. OBS Studio can't record the game in fullscreen, this is why I'm trying to make it windowed. I have Fraps, but if I decide to record a long video of the game the file will be absurdly heavy.

Hm... I never used that one. I heard "Asterix: The Gallic War" doesn't work on it, that game came out a year before "Mega Madness". What happens when you try to launch "Mega Madness"?
