Somehow the crack that I found featured all european languages but the french one, which is really strange.
The game should have them all in one.

What I hated most about this game was that you couldn't change the controls for a controller. Has anyone found a way to remap the buttons (without losing analog controls)?
Nope, unable to remap controller buttons.
When my controller wasn't recognised as an XB360 controller I'd just run JoyToKey but I most likely lost analog controls...

yesterday I came to the conclusion that the "power hammer" combo lets us to jump higher, but I couldn't jump anywhere although I was at a good height :/

Considering the immense nerf caused by your double jump, yeah, power hammer IS higher
