I think Italian is the fastest, that is why I use it in my speedrun, especially with the cutscene where they arrive in Greece, but it might be slower in other cutscenes, I haven't verified all cutscenes yet.

You have to face the rock, go to the top-left corner of the pigeon crate, and I think you have to orientate Asterix towards the rock. Then you turn to the left and immediately do a crouch jump.
