How did you do this cutscene skip ?
Switch to Obelix, place Obelix near the piece of rock, do a single jump and crouch-attack, and then immediately pause the game. Go to 2P mode, then quickly pause the game again and go to 1P mode. This will force the game to switch to Asterix while Obelix is sliding mid-air, and will pass through the trigger bounding box without triggering since it will only be checking for collisions with the player you are currently controlling (Asterix).
The difficult part is that you have to find the best place to start the slide, and be quick to enter the pause menu. Just need some practice
Hi guys, I just made a 13:15 Real time run, but the IG time displays 14:30, (which is obviously a bug, that may be caused by the CD (cause I have the game)) does it matter ? I sadly recorded in local but I have a 1:10:05 video of my training where this run is in, and the cutted-video of the run has a duration of 14:00 (where we can see my disappointment lmao). So will this run be okay on speedrun.com or shall I do it again :/

After few tries with cutscene skip i gave up but maybe someday i will try to do one run of this game
I exactly did the same, my last recorded PB (before last week) was 14:16 6 months ago, when you reach the top, you have to be fast and really precise on your inputs and having a good RNG on chariot race. But I think the most important point is to check your improvement and your objectives. I mean, we're not so much to run this game, so the WR is a decent objective, but having a new WR doesn't mean you can't speedrun the game anymore ^^' I wouldn't even think I could WR 2 weeks ago. But I understand this point, I gave up Getting over It 6 months ago when I made a 1'46 run... and it wasn't even top 100 world lmao.
