i wonder if how world would look like if voters werent regular citizens but certified professionals
but what would be right and what would be wrong then?
how would you judge who is a professional
based on their knowledge and achievements
diploma would be a stupid answer i think
you would end up creating an aristocracy
how about maybe philosophers then
this type of people have unique way of thinking and in the end they are enough wise to be able to rule country
imagine if all country leaders were philosophers with different type of world views
what would stop then from creating a dictatorship?
there would be good and bad ones for sure

in my opinion a wise person can hold himself back from becoming dictator
tho i would fear not a stupid dictator but a smart dictator
you never know what smart dictator would do
but stupid one is always obvious
