If it's just a thing for potion%, then I don't think this is useful since you perform the passive lock glitch in the first room if I remember the route correctly

tried few things to drop the fps (slowing game down, temporary process pausing, frame limiting), couldn't replicate it. Maybe there is a sweet spot or maybe it's something else on console like *not being able to load that flag in time because busy processing maybe other stuff of the game*
