Well, I have money left over sins my last summer job and I got some more comming in soon and I have a new summer job starting shortly
So I basically put some in it in a pile where I allow myself to make mistakes
Because I was mentally prepared for it
Wish it would be that easy here in Germany...
Well, don't even think about doing the job you got trained for 3 years long, because no one will ever take you without at least 2 years of experience no matter how low and easy the job is, which is, considering that you just come from your apprenticeship, completely impossible
so prepare for several years of doing shit you could never use in any CV but you need to get money to eat
because the government will only give you just enough money so you can survive if you do nothing but eat cheap food
Yeah, it's weird how companies ask peopel to break the laws of time.
You need experience to work here, even though you literally could not have had any experience to work there
exactly. Which is a main reason why I'm unemployed for more than 3 years now (except two little months I worked for a temp agency at construction sides which has absolutely 0 to do with my apprenticeship) and now start to work towards becoming self-employed
because otherwise I'll just sit here and do nothing for some more years
I've realized that companies just try and hold this image of made up perfection much like girls look into a magazine and think that is how they should fress...
So much time and energy is spent on trying to look good rather then be good
There are so many thigns they could spend money on to become better in general. But instead they just higher another PR guy who takes some random words with poisive meaning and slap them tothether in a porly drawn house and expect workers to give a shit
For some reason they don't understand that basic fact
