Fuck, one of my tests that I have to clear is one of these BS PR things. For example, 5S. they took 3 Japanese words that start with S and then translated it in to Swedish in a incorect way for it too seem special and importaint... It's not
And I can't remember your random ass Japanese words that you fail to even translate correctly
And thus I will never beat these tests

Also, they said that they wanted us to find ways to improve work without fiering anyone... And then they gave us their formula for counting out profit and guess what, turns out that fiering peopel according to their formual is exactly how you maek money

yeah, it is. There is this stupid "motivation rule" that you get criticised for your work 40 times, no matter how good you do and after these 40 times you got demotivated you will get ONE time where they should tell you that you do a good job. I can't see how it's supposed to motivate anyone when you're being bullied all the time for no reason
I will never understand why it's so casual to make your employees hate your company. But hey, since they will get fired after a few years anyway: who cares! -.-
