But why does Asterix get pushed forward for like 5 frames both for me and yarny?
1. Maybe the landing zone has a hitbox behind it which should make sure that you don't jump too far by accident but was not properly tested.
2. The issue I see is that my explanation does not apply to Yarnfangs video, since he was not really THAT close to the landing area that you could speak of one or two frames
I think it may be that Asterix tries to jump to an area. But he happens to be too far away to make that jump so the game gives him a boost and then he goes too far...

I guess I had flybash at that point.
And I didn't use a Combo on the elevator. But I doubt that's relevant.
Fly bash has nothing to do with it as I didn't have it

1 question: How did you get past the lock before the slide without a passive lock on?
This was one of my pre-recordings and since it took me more than one shot to find the best solution to get the money there I simply restarted the level from the last druid, so I lost the lock there. You usually DO have a passive lock there during your run
But would't you still need to blow up the TNT with the locked torch?
