That one is super stable and even supports using GBA link and that good stuff
Strangely, when I load my Gaul state Normandy docks will desync while it won't from my normandy entrance state.
The most stable emulator I ever saw for TASes is DesMume (NDS)

Too bad Citra and Cemu don't have savestates yet.
Cemu has come a long way though really fast
works better than Citra, even.
MK8 is smooth and loads time trial even faster than console.
Can Citra run in full speed yet?
Citra does for me in MK7 when there a no more than 2 CPUs on screen.

But Kingdom Hearts 3D, despite being capped at 30 will run slow almost all time.
Cemu is currently the best way to play BotW
And neither of them have frameskips...
I'm waiting for the PS3 Emulator to have full suport for Asura's Wrath :)
I tried 5 minutes of a laggy BoTW, but everytime i quit the emulator the savefile is gone.
