Maybe try this one. It's not additionally packed with upx. Otherwise disable the virus scanner altogether for a short while.
I just managed to get the weird death swimming glitch. The death animation keeps playing, while Asterix is swimming and floating upwards.

Still blocked by Virus Programm. And as I said, even when I disable the virus programm, then download it and then restart the virus program it will then delete it instantly
Avira. But even when I disable Avira it will still be blocked by the preinstalled Windows Defense
Yeah, Avira seems to block everything, even stuff that doesn't do anything "suspicious". Can't you also disable Windows Defender?
I can, but as I said: As soon as I restart one of them it instantly deletes your files
