Try renaming the .exe files to something else like .bla while you don't use them. Otherwise I could just advise switching to Avast Antivirus, which seems to have a working exception filter.
I think I know what triggers the death swimming glitch. If you die the moment you touch the water, the game probably switches to the swimming animation, after it started the death animation. So the death animation can never finish.
Swimming is not the only animation where this can happen. You also get an infinite death softlock when dying, while jumping onto Obelix for a slide. But I guess this can't happen without the trainer.

@Noxus94 I had the same problem with stupid Avira and guess what...?
I've deleted the Avira Antivirus completely from my PC!
Simple as that... And I do not even get any viruses without Avira
I think we might be able to get the cable car/elevator stuck on other places
the lion in the back is even more interesting
Btw I've freezed enemies with the option in the trainer...
It's interesting that we can still find new glitches
