sure it lags when I have a good resolution recording
Only really worth it if you're into tech and you wanna know how things work

Mhm, well, yeah, might not be that ideal for recording and DeSmuME at the same time
especially if you wanna do high resolution stuff in DeSmuME

For absolutely zero slowdown, you will need a capture device
Because even on a fast computer DeSmuME will slow down (although rarely)
