I'm sharing similar opinions with you guys. I feel like these designs would have suited XXL 1 better. XXL 1 was cartoony and made out of simple end-of-the-90s graphics, while XXL 2 was full of shiny metallic environment and characters and was proud of it.
But the style remains good
