Wierd because even my old ass "Ordi 60" which is a 2006 crappy laptop running at 1.6GHz with 2GB memory, 32bit system, Intel Celeron card, could run the XXL2 PC demo 100% fine.

Use OBS and put the cpu usage on very low
You can control the bitrate too
I tried OBS it's less good than Bandicam xD
is your card NVIDIA or not?
