Well, don't exhaust yourself on it... at least, on slow-mo, you have very low chances of screwing up.
I managed to do the skip several times on PC with the game speed set to the half.
It's quite difficult, the corkscrew must go up to nearly its maximal height and you have to time the jump precisely.
Pause buffering might help with that 😃
Yeah the way the platform works is pretty odd
you had to make sure the last elevation you give it fills up to the maximum height, from the lowest possible. Because when it reaches max height, no matter what was left of your elevation, it immediately starts going down.
Can someone tell me how to get the speedrun clock ? please ;p (i don't know how this tool is called)
thank you very much @Noxus94 ! and thanks for your speedruns wich helped me a lot
Is there a consistent known way to not spawn any roman on the first Normandy elevator ?
theoretically. for every four Romans that get beaten into the air on the first Normandy fight, the elevator gets empty again.
But in most cases the elevator is empty, and even if not, it doesn't lose you any time
hmmm... what do you mean by "get beaten into the air" ? I might be missing something..., after defeating the turtle, you just jump on the tent and go over the door switch... don't you ?
yeah, but it's still possible that Obelix beats up some guys and they count for the elevator, too
I always forget about him
I understand now the "theoretically"...
An other point about keeping the fly bash (if I mention it correctly) between the different zones. I thought we kept it if we perform to cross the new loading zone with a fragment of the combo bar... but I am not sure of that. For example, how do you do, still in Normandy to keep it with Asterix till we have to cross the chain of longboats over the water (if you see the place I am speaking of..., I think it's right after collecting the 750 helmets with the catapult)
