I mean a rule like "You're allowed to rebind your controller inputs/keys to whatever you'd like as long as it stays on a 1:1 ratio and is not the mousewheel)

I know cuz I TASed GCN XXL that we can mash the Spy even faster if we TAS 30 inputs per seconds. Unfair.
